Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy

By installing, copying, or otherwise using The Devil’s Face (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. You can review our Privacy Policy at The Devil’s Face Game Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Tzavis Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a single computer or gaming device for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Tzavis Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software without the prior written consent of Tzavis Studio.  

4. Limitations on Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Tzavis Studio may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your computer or gaming device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.  

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TZAVIS STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.  

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece – EU.  

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tzavis Studio and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
